Booking Requirements

  • The driver or lessee must be at least aged 18+ with a driver's license valid for at least 12 month(s) before the expiration date

  • Please fill in the parents’ agreement if you are 18 years old but under 20 years old which has valid driver's license, you have to present the parents’ agreement when you pick up the scooter

  • Types of Documents

  • For Taiwanese passenger: Please present your Taiwanese driver's license and identification card

  • For non-Taiwanese passengers: please present your passport, international driving permit or license, original license(with the approval stamp), and credit card (Visa card is not applicable), and the category A field has a permission stamp,operator will check these documents when you pick up For non-Taiwanese passengers: please present your passport, international driving permit or license, original license(with the approval stamp), and credit card (Visa card is not applicable), the operator will check these documents when you pick up

  • In compliance with the regulation policy of Taiwan, drivers who hold an International Driving Permit issued in Korea, Thailand and China will be unable to rent a car service in Taiwan. We only provide motorbikes which do not need to provide a driver's license. Please note that the maximum of riders is one person.

Additional information

  • Please follow traffic rules and regulations. The operator is not responsible for any damages or traffic violations incurred by the lessee
  • Driving while intoxicated by alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited
  • Helmets must be worn at all times
  • Please return the scooter to the shop where you picked it up
  • To protect your rights and interests, please call the police immediately and keep the scene when you encounter a traffic accident or car theft. Do not settle the accident in private and please notify the operator at once
  • The driver's name should be the same as the renter, driver's valid driving license, or valid international driving permit. Renting a car for other people is not allowed. You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the Services

Surcharge table

  • The rental period for the scooter is 24 hours. If you want to extend the rental hours, please contact the operator at least 3 hours prior to the estimated return time. The operator reserves the right to decide whether or not to extend your rental hours. For every exceeding hour, an additional fee will be applied TWD50 per hour, if exceeding 5 hours will be considered as a full day rental. The overtime fee of the holiday will depend on site.
  • The rent doesn't include fuels, please proceed to the gas station and fill 92 unleaded gasoline up the vehicle's tank. Please refuel the car to the same fuel level upon picking up when you return. Or the operator will charge for fuel plus an additional fee
  • If there is any traffic citation or parking fee, please pay by yourself or ask the operator to pay
  • If there is any damage to the scooter, you will be charged according to the original manufacturer's price. Non-accidental situation: the customer may be charged an additional fee as part of the compensation for loss of use during the repair or cleaning of the vehicle caused by a traffic accident, theft, break down, defacement, etc
