Luggage Information

  • Standard Luggage Size: 55cm x 40cm x 20cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces

  • Luggage Weight Limit: No single bag may weigh more than 20kg or 44lbs

  • Large items such as surfboards, wakeboards, bicycles that exceeds 1.5m or 100cm x 60cm x 30cm can be accommodated with a surcharge of SGD10, and must be checked in 30 minutes before departure time at the terminal (level 2)

  • The operator is not responsible for any damage to check in baggage that is sustained while the check in baggage is being handled by third parties, such as the terminal operators

  • All cargo and commercial items or items not adequately packed or bundled for safe handling will not be accepted for check-in at the counter

Eligibility

  • Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
  • All travelers need a passport with a minimum of 6 months validity in order to leave Singapore and enter Indonesia

Booking Requirement

  • All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding
