This 2-day tour departs Glasgow, heading north to Loch Lomond and the Trossachs for a comfort stop, then on to Glencoe, famed for Skyfall and the 1692 MacDonald massacre. After lunch in Fort William, visit the Commando Memorial for views of Ben Nevis, then travel to Fort Augustus on Loch Ness, with a possible stop at Urquhart Castle before arriving in Inverness for the night.

Day 2 begins with Culloden Battlefield and Clava Cairns, followed by a photo stop at Carrbridge and lunch beside Loch Morlich in Cairngorms National Park. Visit Ruthven Barracks, and, if possible, tour Blair Athol Distillery; otherwise, enjoy Pitlochry. Returning to Edinburgh, cross the Queensferry Crossing that connects to the Forth Road Bridge and the iconic Forth Rail Bridge
