  • Each passenger is allowed one (1) baggage free of charge to be stowed in the bus compartment
  • Additional luggage stowed in the bus compartment is subject to extra charges
  • The passenger must secure a baggage tag/s for all their luggage stored in the bus compartment from the BA/Conductor
  • Any undeclared lost baggage will not be entertained by the company, unless the passenger sufficiently proves to the satisfaction of the company and will only be liable to the maximum amount of PHP 3,000
  • Luggage with valuable items amounting to PHP 5,000 and more must be declared to the conductor, indicated at the back of the ticket and must have a baggage tag
  • Lost luggage with a declared amount of PHP 5,000 and above may claim against the company its declared amount, but in no case higher than PHP 10,000, upon investigation that the lost baggage is due to the sole fault or negligence of the company
