Eligibility

  • Participants must be aged 1+ to enter

  • Free for children aged 1-12

  • Student ticket: Individuals are required to present a valid student ID upon arrival

  • Family pass ticket: This ticket only includes 2 adults and 2 youth (Children aged 13-17 are considered as youth)

  • Indigenous peoples: Individuals self-identifying as Indigenous (First Nations, Metis, and Inuits)

  • Free admission from 14:00-17:00 on the first Friday of every month

  • A wheelchair accessible path is located between Christ Church Cathedral and Cathedral Place on Georgia Street. This path leads through the courtyard and to the gallery entrance

  • The exhibitions at the venue are on two levels, an elevator is available in the gallery to get to the 2nd level

  • The accessibility washroom is located on the lower level

  • The venue has a limited amount of lockers and storage for belongings

  • The venue offers two courtesy manual wheelchair for visitor use (One with footrests)

  • Aisles in the gallery shop are wheelchair accessible, but some areas of the Raven's Trove Gallery may be more challenging to navigate

  • Seatings with reduced stimuli is available in the Hummingbird Gathering Space on the upper mezzanine, catered for visitors seeking a quieter space

  • Physical Navigation: Some temporary exhibitions feature protruding installations that may not be detectable by white canes. Staff are available to provide guided assistance through these areas upon request

  • Sensory Media: Select video installations may contain flashing lights, rapid imagery, or lack closed captioning

  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the gallery and within 1.83 m of any entrance

  • Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

  • Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue

  • Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification

  • This activity is stroller and wheelchair-accessible
