Additional information

  • 3D TrickArt effects work best when photographed with a smartphone or camera (Digital cameras should have a wide-angle lens of approx. 20–25 mm); selfie sticks are not suitable, but tripods are allowed and available to borrow on-site
  • Most visitors spend about 1–2 hours here; allow 1.5–2 hours if you plan to try all the photo motifs
  • For safety reasons, strollers are not allowed in the exhibition areas as they may block emergency exits; please use a baby carrier or infant car seat instead, and designated stroller parking is available on-site
  • To protect the artworks, food and drinks are not allowed in the exhibition areas; however, you may enjoy snacks and beverages in the designated catering area or at the nearby food court
  • Pets are prohibited
  • Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
