  • Copy of your passport for ITAS (At least 18 months of validity for 1-year ITAS)
  • Colored photo 3 cm x 4 cm in red background
  • Bank statement of 3 months - 2000 USD (including name, date of period, and balance account)
  • Proof of income at least US$ 60,000 per year
  • Employment Agreement from Company Outside Indonesia

Usage validity

Booking procedure

  • Customer book visa service on Klook
  • Operator will contact the customer within 1 business day and send a link to upload documents via operator's dashboard/system
  • After all required documents are complete, application will be submitted to Embassy/Visa Center/Immigration
  • Operator will notify customer when the process is complete
  • Customer can also download visa from operator's dashboard/system account

  • The operator will review your application after you make the booking. A **95% refund** of the total payment will be issued **if the operator determines that you are ineligible for the service, or if you withdraw before any documents are fully uploaded** to the operator’s system and no verification has been conducted.
  • An 85% refund of the total payment applies if you cancel after the documents have been verified but before submission to the embassy or immigration authority. Please note that any additional services already processed by the operator (such as insurance, delivery, translation, or appointment booking fees) are non-refundable.
  • Once the application has been submitted or is under decision, regardless of the outcome, the booking becomes non-refundable. While we ensure that all documents meet the required standards, the final decision rests solely with the respective embassy or immigration authority.
