Eligibility

• PLAY’s Easter Festival is open to all kids (ages 1 to 17 years old) and adults (18 years and up).
• Children ages seventeen (17) and below must be attended by a guardian at all times while win the event. The guardian must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• Guests may claim their meals and loot bags, do arts & crafts, play at the game station, take photos at the photo booth, and enjoy the activities at the Crystal Pavilion
• Each guest will be issued a dedicated wristband for access to the event program, games, and activities, and must be worn at all times while in the event.
• Do not leave belongings unattended. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the event.
• Please check all treats for allergens (peanuts, dairy, seafood, etc.) before consuming.

Terms and Conditions

• PLAYful Easter event passes are valid only on the indicated session date and time.
• Registration starts at 12:00 NN, entrance opens at 3:00 PM, and celebration ends at 7:00 PM.
• Guests will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis.
• For tickets purchased in advance, official receipt or email confirmation must be presented upon check-in.
• Each guest will be issued a dedicated wristband for access to the event program, games, and activities, and must be worn at all times while in the event.
• Only adults with children are allowed to register.
• Children ages seventeen (17) and below must be attended by a guardian at all times while in the event. The guardian must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Any child who is feeling unwell, sick, or has had a fever (and not on fever-reducing medication) within the last 24 hours, or has had any recent exposure to a contagious illness shall not be allowed entry.
• Do not leave belongings unattended. The hotel is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the event.
