Step back into the 1920s and discover the historic charm of Deering Estate in Miami with a general admission ticket that grants access to this stunning waterfront property, once home to the industrialist and art connoisseur Charles Deering. Explore the beautifully preserved museum homes, stroll through lush tropical landscapes, and wander scenic walking trails surrounded by mangroves and Biscayne Bay views. Visitors may also join a guided nature preserve hike (Seasonal and subject to availability) to learn more about the estate’s unique ecosystems and history. Ideal for history lovers and outdoor enthusiasts alike, the place offers a relaxing escape from the city while showcasing a blend of culture, architecture, archaeology, and coastal nature in one remarkable destination

Staff-guided nature preserve tours are held daily at 12:30, from October to May, weather permitting. For updates and meeting points for the tour, please inquire with the ticket staff at the ticket booth upon arrival
Starting April 28, 2025, the Stone House will remain closed for renovation and restoration until further notice

Barbecuing, grilling, or cooking on-site is prohibited
The following are prohibited (Including, but not limited to): balloons, balls, bicycles, candles/open flame, confetti, glitter, drones, frisbees, fireworks, kites, remote control boats/cars, rollerblades/skates, scooters, skateboards, tents/canopies, in-ground umbrellas, fishing, and swimming
Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification
Flash photography is prohibited inside the venue
