Обзор

Тур начинается у горы Ушань, собираемся перед каменной резьбой «Тяньфэн горы Ушань» и медленно поднимаемся к павильону Чэнхуан по пешеходной тропе.

Основной опыт — сессия тайцзицюань в горах и лесах. В тихом дворике выполняем приветствие Ба Цюань, слушаем инструктора о расслаблении инь-ян, разминаемся и практикуем «Облачные руки».

После лёгкого пота садимся в тишине и наслаждаемся чаем, превращая послевкусие боевых искусств в сладкий аромат в чашке. За чайным столом инструктор переходит от тайцзи к повседневной жизни, объясняя, как расслабляться и замедляться.

Затем прогуливаемся по улице Хэфан и Южно-Сунской императорской улице, наблюдаем ауру Ху Цин Юй Тан издали и смотрим вниз на тысячелетнюю Императорскую дорогу под стеклом, где рынок и история пересекаются.

Финальная точка — Барабанная башня.
