[Important Information for Elderly and Pregnant Travelers] If the registering party is an elder over 70 years of age or a pregnant woman, a liability waiver must be signed to ensure your safety and rights. Please make a note in the "Special Requirements" column when placing your order. We will send the agreement file via email after receiving the order. Please sign and return a photo of the document in advance to complete the registration process.
Baggage Allowance: Each guest may bring 1 piece of luggage free of charge (carry-on size recommended). Please indicate this in the "Special Requests" section when booking. If you bring luggage on the day of travel without notifying us one day in advance, the guide reserves the right to refuse boarding due to potential overcrowding and safety concerns, and no refund will be issued.
[Notice for Infants Traveling Together] If there are infants under 3 years old traveling with you who do not require a seat, please be sure to note this when booking. Even if they do not occupy a seat, they must be included in the vehicle's passenger capacity. If you do not inform us in advance, the tour guide has the right to refuse them to board the vehicle.
We will send an email between 20:00 and 21:00 the day before your departure to inform you of the tour guide and vehicle information. The email may be misjudged as spam, so please pay attention to check it. In case of peak season or special circumstances, the email sending time may be delayed, with the last email as the standard.
[Meeting Point and Lateness Information] This activity is a carpool trip, so please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not be able to wait for late arrivals or provide refunds. You will be responsible for any liabilities and costs incurred as a result. Thank you for your understanding.
[Vehicle Type and Language Information] We will arrange vehicle types based on the number of people on the day, and we cannot specify the type of vehicle. Please be aware that you may be traveling with guests who speak other languages during the trip.
[Meeting Point Confirmation] Please be sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it last minute. If you are unable to board due to changing the meeting point for personal reasons, a refund will not be possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Seasonal activities such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, snow scenes, light festivals, and festive events are subject to weather or other force majeure factors. If no official cancellation notice is received, the itinerary will proceed as scheduled. Please note that refunds will not be provided if the flowering season or scenery is not as expected.
[Departure Time May Be Adjusted] During peak tourist season or in the event of special circumstances, the departure time for the itinerary may be earlier or later than scheduled. Please refer to the email notification you receive the day before for the exact time and make necessary preparations in advance.
Seating Arrangement Instructions: For carpool trips, seating is generally on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any special requirements, please make a note when booking, and we will do our best to coordinate, but the final arrangement is subject to the tour guide's on-site dispatch.
【Itinerary Order Adjustment Notice】 Due to Japan's strict control over the usage time of operating vehicles, the attractions, transportation, and duration included in the itinerary will be flexibly arranged based on the circumstances of the day. In the event of traffic jams, weather changes, or other special circumstances, the tour guide will consult with the majority of the group to reasonably adjust the order or reduce some attractions. Thank you for your cooperation.
【No Mid-Tour Departure】 This itinerary is a group tour activity and cannot be left mid-tour or left without permission. If you choose to leave the group midway, the remaining itinerary will be considered a voluntary abandonment, and the fee will not be refunded. Any risks or responsibilities arising from leaving the group will be borne by the individual.
