Things to Note

  • Minimum age: 8 years old
  • Minimum height: 120 cm
  • Maximum weight: 130 kg
  • Maximum waist measurement: 125 cm
  • Maximum upper thigh measurement: 75 cm
  • Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather
  • Please note that climbers will be required to wear climb shoes from the operator, so socks must be worn
  • Up at The O2 is not suitable for pregnant women
  • Climbers must not be under the influence of alcohol or legal or illegal substances. You will not be permitted to participate and will not be refunded
  • You must arrive 15 minutes before your climb time. Latecomers cannot be admitted

  • Children aged 8–17 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult can bring up to 5 children aged 8-17

  • Participants must not have a waist measurement more than 125 cm or an upper thigh measurement of more than 75 cm

Additional information

  • Bags and personal items are not allowed during the climb. You can bring your phone, but it must be kept in the phone pocket of your climb jacket and used only on the viewing platform
  • Large bags and luggage are prohibited, as storage boxes and flight cases at the venue are small

  • Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
