  • China visa application form according to the form of the Consulate General of China.
  • Two 4x6 photos with a white background, taken no more than 3 months ago, requiring a clear face. Hair should not cover the forehead and both ears must be visible.
  • Original and copy of passport valid for at least 6 months.
  • A certificate of marital status confirmed by the local authorities.
  • Notarized copy of household registration book, resume, copy of both sides of ID card/citizen identification card.
  • Health Insurance or Social Insurance (original and copy).
