  1. The prices for tourism products are package deals. If tourists have discount certificates or voluntarily cancel items, scenic spots with tickets will be refunded at the difference between the travel agency's team preferential ticket price and the actual cost incurred.
  2. If you voluntarily cancel this trip after 21:00 (inclusive) one day before the departure date, you will be required to pay a seat loss fee of 178 yuan/person, which is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
  3. Complimentary items will be canceled if they cannot be arranged due to objective reasons, and no fees will be refunded; In case of holidays or special reception in scenic spots that cause failure to visit during normal scenic spot opening hours, scenic spots with tickets will be refunded at the travel agency's team preferential ticket price as a treatment, and scenic spots without tickets will not be compensated.
  4. Without reducing the number of attractions, our company has the right to adjust the order of the itinerary. If the itinerary is delayed or changed due to force majeure or the tourist's own reasons, our company will not be liable for the losses and responsibilities caused thereby, and the resulting costs shall be borne by the guest.
  5. The time indicated in the itinerary is for reference only, and the actual tour situation on the day shall prevail. The itinerary is subject to changes and adjustments due to climate, road conditions, holidays, traffic arrival and departure times, scenic spot queues and controls, tourists themselves, force majeure and other factors. Please be aware and understand.
  6. Please strictly abide by the concept of time and the concept of collectivism. If you are unable to gather at the agreed time and place due to your own reasons, and it has affected the itinerary of other tourists, the travel agency has the right to leave first and enter the next itinerary. Tourists need to take a bus to join the team on their own, and the resulting costs shall be borne by themselves.
  7. Round-trip transportation: Air-conditioned tourist buses are used throughout the journey. The size of the vehicle is arranged according to the number of people to ensure one seat per person. According to the traffic management bureau, for the traffic safety of you and others, all personnel on the bus need to occupy a seat (including babies in arms), and overloading is prohibited. If there is overloading, you will be liable for relevant legal liabilities, and the driver has the right to refuse to drive. Please pay the seat fee for children when registering.
  8. Scenic spot tickets: Including the first entrance tickets to the scenic spots listed in the itinerary. If other scenic spots/attractions are closed and cannot be visited, no other scenic spots will be added, and no compensation will be made. "Internet celebrity milk tea" is a complimentary tea drink. If you give up drinking it, no fee will be refunded, and no compensation will be made. Orange Island scenic spot environmental protection car/small train is a complimentary item, and there is no discount or refund, and no refund if you don't take it.
  9. Preferential ticket refunds: Yuelu Academy: half ticket refund 10 yuan/person, free ticket refund 30 yuan/person;
  10. Itinerary meals: Meals are not included in the entire itinerary. The restaurants recommended in the itinerary are one of the most representative local catering institutions, and aim to promote and carry forward Hunan food culture. They are all legally operated and fully qualified restaurants. You can order your own meals according to your personal wishes and consume reasonably. Tourists choose restaurants by themselves, and our company does not assume any responsibility related to them.
  11. Liability insurance: Our company includes travel agency liability insurance, and accident insurance is voluntarily purchased by the group travel agency or tourists. In the event of an accident, the insurance company will pay compensation in accordance with the terms of the insurance contract.
