Luggage Information

Booking Requirement

  • All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding

  • Important: Be at the ferry terminal at least 60 minutes earlier to make time for the cross border check

Redemption information

  • Present your mobile voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket at the Cotai Water Jet Ticketing Counter

  • This voucher is not a boarding ticket. Please present the mobile voucher at the Cotai Water Jet Ticketing Counter before departure to redeem the physical ticket in order to secure your preferred sailing. Sailings are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

  • This Ferry voucher cannot be resold or transferred

  • No refund if unable to redeem the preferred sailing

  • Present your mobile voucher and valid travel document to exchange it for a physical ticket

  • Please note: When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, all store services will be temporarily suspended

  • The Ferry Vouchers shall not be exchanged to cash

  • The Ferry Vouchers cannot be upgraded to VIP cabin

  • The redemption of the Ferry Vouchers is subject to seats availability

  • Cotai Ferry Company Limited (“CFCL”) will not be responsible for any lost or stolen ticket, and no reissuance of ferry ticket will be entertained
