After all tourists have gathered, we will head east, joining Route 1 (also known as the Ring Road). Along the way, we will drive close to the coastline, where we may encounter windy weather, especially at Reynisfjara Beach. Please prepare clothing according to the weather conditions. Depending on the weather that day, the order of visiting attractions may vary. Skógafoss Waterfall is 60 meters high and is formed by the Skógá River cascading down. It was originally part of a sea cliff, leaving behind this spectacular vertical waterfall as the coastline receded. Mist or water spray often forms near the waterfall, and beautiful rainbows appear when the sun is shining. If you want to challenge yourself, you can climb the 527 steps to admire the panoramic view from the top. There are also several small waterfalls along the way, which is the starting point of the Fimmvörðuháls trail, a 22-kilometer route to Thorsmörk in the Icelandic Highlands. Reynisfjara Beach is one of Iceland's most famous attractions, with a mysterious natural atmosphere. The power of lava and the sea converge to form basalt columns, huge dome caves, and the famous black sand beach. The seawater here is turbulent, so be sure to follow the guide's instructions and avoid approaching the waves, which can be very dangerous. Vík is the southernmost village in Iceland, where you can admire the Reynisdrangar sea stacks, black sand beaches, and beautiful panoramic views. This is our lunch stop. Next, we will head to Sólheimajökull Glacier, a glacial tongue radiating from Mýrdalsjökull Glacier. Due to glacial retreat, the parking lot here is no longer close to the glacier itself, and it is about a 15-minute walk to reach the edge of the glacier. The trail passes a huge glacial lake, which is fed by glacial meltwater, and ice blocks occasionally collapse into the lake, creating a spectacular scene. The last stop is Seljalandsfoss Waterfall, one of Iceland's most iconic waterfalls, 60 meters high, with a relatively gentle flow of water. You can walk behind the waterfall for a unique perspective, and although you will get wet from the mist, it is also a highlight. After visiting the waterfall, we will return to downtown Reykjavik. The vehicle will take you back to the location where you boarded in the morning.
