Intro

Ride the Mount Etna cable car for a breathtaking journey over Sicily’s most famous natural landmark. Starting at 1,923 m (around 6,300 ft) above sea level at the base station, the Funivia dell’Etna takes you up to the upper station at 2,500 meters, where you’ll be surrounded by stunning views of ancient lava fields and the Mediterranean coastline. From this height, you can clearly see the dramatic landscape shaped by past eruptions. Spend time exploring the viewpoint area, taking photos, or simply enjoying the crisp mountain air before descending.
