Guest are required to provide their physical Malaysian Identification Card for verification purpose prior to park admission. In the event of a wrong ticket purchased, guest is required to top up the difference against the Walk-In rate for park entry.

This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or seniors
Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs

By car: From KL Sentral, the attraction is an hour drive via the Gua Musang/E8 highway
From KLIA/KLIA2, you may opt for a convenient one way transfer directly to the attraction
