For those who enjoy fresh sake on tap, the Free Flow experience offers up to ten craft varieties, including limited seasonal brews made from premium ST25 and Japonica rice. The 9 Glass Sake Flight leads guests through nine distinct styles, while the Canapé menu presents three refined rounds complemented by thoughtful sake pairing suggestions.
