Pre-Departure Notice • Please ensure the communication app you provided remains accessible during your trip to Japan. We will contact you one day in advance. Vehicle and tour guide information for the next day's departure will be sent to your email by 8:00 PM the day before departure. Please check your inbox (including spam). To ensure a smooth departure, please contact the tour guide or driver promptly. Thank you. • If the minimum group size is not met, you will be notified of cancellation by email one day before departure. In the event of extreme weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy snow, we will confirm whether the tour will be cancelled by 6:00 PM local time one day before departure and notify you by email. Seating and Vehicles • This is a group tour. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please indicate any special requests when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate them, but the final arrangement will depend on the situation on the day. • The type of vehicle used depends on the number of participants and cannot be specified. For smaller groups, a driver may also serve as an attendant, and the explanations may be brief. • If you need to bring luggage, please inform us in advance. If you bring luggage without prior notice, the tour guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given. Eating and drinking are prohibited in the vehicle. If any damage is caused, compensation will be required according to local standards. Itinerary Adjustments and Safety • Japanese law stipulates that commercial vehicles must not be driven for more than 10 hours per day. If this time is exceeded, additional fees will be incurred (ranging from ¥5,000–10,000 per hour). • The itinerary is for reference only. Actual travel, stay, and tour times may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, facility maintenance, or other circumstances. The tour guide may reasonably change or reduce attractions depending on the actual situation. • If cable cars, cruise ships, or other facilities are suspended due to weather or force majeure, alternative attractions will be visited or the length of stay will be adjusted. • No refunds will be given for lateness, changes to the meeting point, or leaving the group midway due to personal reasons. You will be responsible for any accidents and additional costs incurred after leaving the group. Seasons and Scenery • Visibility of Mount Fuji is greatly affected by weather, especially in summer when visibility is low. It is recommended to check the weather information before booking. • Seasonal limited-time events such as flower viewing, autumn foliage viewing, snow scenery, and fireworks displays are greatly affected by the climate. The flowering season and peak autumn foliage may be earlier or later than expected. Even if the expected scenery is not achieved, the tour will still depart as scheduled, and no refunds will be given. • During peak travel periods on Japanese holidays and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions closing early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for the same evening and to bring light snacks and a portable charger. Other Information • Please arrive at the meeting point on time. We will not wait for latecomers, and it is not possible to join the tour midway. • It is recommended to wear light clothing and shoes. Please bring warm clothing for winter or mountain tours. • This tour does not include personal travel or accident insurance. It is recommended to purchase your own insurance. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve certain risks. Please consider your health condition carefully before signing up. • If the tour is forced to be cancelled due to natural disasters or force majeure after departure, no refunds will be given, and travelers will be responsible for their own return or additional accommodation costs.
