On Sundays, we include a visit to a Township Gospel Church into our regular Township Tour.

Church is an important part of social life in township communities and a great reflection of the social cohesion existing in the Township communities

Here the warm welcome of the congregation and their vibrant voices, will echo in your heart, long after you have left Cape Town.

Please Note: from the start of the holiday season in summer many people in township communities go back home in rural Eastern Cape mostly as such churches have fewer members of the congregation and resolve to one service commencing at 8 AM. We have no control of the church service how long praise and worship session will last for start and end time of the praise and worship session. The church experience is real not staged
