Recruitment Conditions Ages 5-70, in good health, with no history of major illnesses, and no diseases unsuitable for tourism in high-altitude areas, are eligible to participate. Household Registration Restrictions None (Mainland/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan/Foreign nationalities are all acceptable).

What to bring

  • Luggage: Suggest no more than 24 inches
  • Airport Transfer: This itinerary does not include airport transfers. On the day of arrival, after arriving at Altay Airport, please proceed to the designated meeting hotel to check in.
  • Single Room Supplement: Accommodation is typically arranged for 2 people per standard room. Single travelers will be paired with a roommate of the same gender. If you request a single room or if a roommate cannot be found, you will need to pay a single room supplement.
    1. Please provide your accurate age and a description of your physical condition when registering. If a tourist conceals illnesses or age that do not meet the [Recruitment Conditions] when joining the group, we reserve the right to cancel the contract and repatriate them. All tour costs will not be refunded, and the tourist will be responsible for any other expenses incurred and any consequences arising therefrom.     1. Tourists are not allowed to leave the group on their own during non-free time. If you need to leave the group or withdraw from the group early for personal reasons, please sign a written departure agreement; no refunds will be given for departures after the trip has started.
    1. If you encounter any issues or concerns regarding the quality of service during your trip, please coordinate with the team leader or driver promptly. If you are not satisfied with the handling by the team leader and driver, please contact the trip manager, and we will address it as soon as possible. Our company will not accept any complaints made after the trip if no quality issues were reported during the trip.
    1. During the trip, team members should strictly follow the planned itinerary for activities, and individual adventures or heroism are strictly prohibited. In the event of special weather changes, road conditions, scenic area policy adjustments, or force majeure events that require adjustments to the itinerary/accommodation, please cooperate. We reserve the right to negotiate with you to make positive adjustments or cancellations to parts of the itinerary based on the actual situation to ensure the smooth progress of the journey and the safety of the team members' lives and property.     1. Western Sichuan has relatively challenging conditions, so please come with reasonable expectations. However, the scenery is beyond imagination. During the activities, please respect local ethnic cultures (mainly Tibetan customs and religious practices). When visiting, please keep in mind the precautions communicated by the team leader, especially the prohibition against touching or carving on Buddha statues. If you encounter Buddhist events, remain quietly observant. Do not mention political issues related to ethnic minorities in any situation to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings. Protect wild flora and fauna, and respect the team leader and other staff.
    1. As the organizer of the event, we reserve the right to use all photos, videos, and other materials taken during the travel activity.

  • If a traveler is unable to travel due to personal reasons before the start of the trip, they can change the traveler free of charge before departure; please contact customer service in a timely manner before departure to change the insured person for the complimentary [Travel Accident Insurance] without incurring any handling fees.
  • If a customer needs to cancel and terminate the contract due to their own reasons before the start of the trip, the necessary fee deduction standards are as follows:
  • 15 days or more before the meeting date (inclusive): Full refund of the amount paid.
  • 10 days or more prior to the assembly date (inclusive): 10%
  • 9-7 days (inclusive) prior to the assembly date: 30%

  • Due to the special nature of some tourism resources requiring advance booking, cancellations after order confirmation will incur actual business losses, including but not limited to hotels, transportation, attraction resources, and labor costs.
