The Gallery F&B Voucher Terms & Conditions:

  • By using the voucher, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
  • The voucher is only applicable to the customers of The Gallery (Address: 3/F, Grandstand, Happy Valley Racecourse) for food and beverage spending for one person on a designated race day (which is printed on the voucher). Only one voucher may be used each time. The voucher is only valid on the day of redemption of the package (as indicated in the expiry date).
  • No cancellation or refund is allowed once the booking is confirmed.
  • Table selected at booking is tentative as the Club reserves the right of final decision to make table allocation based on the size of the group.
  • If the voucher user purchases F&B items in excess of the value of the voucher, the user will be required to pay the extra value at their discretion.
  • You shall comply with the rules and conditions for using the relevant facility, including any dress code. Singlets, shorts, flip-flops and plastic footwear are unacceptable attire in this venue.
  • This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other special event, discount arrangement, coupons, birthday or promotional offers.
  • The original of the voucher must be presented and submitted to the staff in "The Gallery" for use.
  • The voucher will not be replaced or compensation in case of loss, defaced or damaged. Photocopies or screenshot of the voucher will not be accepted.
  • This voucher is transferable but non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and no change will be provided.
  • This voucher is not for resale purpose whether with the intent to make profit or not.
  • Visitors must take care of and be responsible for his/her own personal belonging and safety. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, the Club will neither be responsible for the loss or damage to any property, nor any injury or death sustained by entrants.
  • The voucher does not include the admission fee of the public area for the Happy Valley Racecourse.
  • The voucher is issued and used in Hong Kong only.
  • The Club retains the sole and al rights to make any decision relating to any activity and its content (including but not limited to venue, date or time, performance or other activities, entry requirements, gift, discount or other offerings), and may cancel, postpone or modify the content of any activity or amend the relevant tens and conditions, at any time without notice, and without liability for refund, compensation or otherwise.
  • In case of any dispute, the decision of the Club shall be final.

Beer Redemption Coupon Terms and Conditions:

  • This Beer Redemption Coupon can only be used on the Happy Valley Race Nights within the valid date shown on the coupon at Forecourt Beer Marquee or food counter at Beer Garden, Happy Valley Racecourse (except "Leading Edge") that supply Draught Beer
  • This coupon cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions
  • A maximum of two Beer Redemption Coupon can be used by each person on the race day held on the dates shown on the coupon
  • This coupon may only be used to redeem one pint of Draught Beer at the above designated outlets
  • This coupon cannot be exchanged for cash and no change will be given for any unconsumed balance
  • This coupon must be presented before payment and surrendered to the Club upon usage
  • The original of this coupon may only be used once. No photocopy will be accepted
  • This coupon is not for resale purpose whether with the intent to make profit or not
  • This coupon is void if damaged, defaced or lost; no replacement will be made for lost coupon
  • This coupon cannot be used by staff ot The Hong Kong Jockey Chil. The Hong Kong Jockey Cb reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions stated herein from time to time without prior notice
  • In case of any disputes, The Hong Kong Jockey Club reserves the right of final decision.

  • Happy Valley Racecourse Racecourse Information and Redemption Counter Opening Hours (Day Races): 11:00 - 16:00

Night Racing

  • Customers who purchase tickets for the evening races (starting at 17:00) must redeem their Starter Pack during the Information and Redemption Counter opening hours
  • Happy Valley Racecourse Night Race Operating Hours: 17:00 - 23:00
  • Happy Valley Racecourse Information and Redemption Counter Opening Hours (Night Races): 17:00 - 21:00

How to get there

  • By metro: Take the MTR Island Line and get off at Causeway Bay Station. After leaving the station at Exit A, walk along Wong Nai Chung Road to Happy Valley Racecourse. The walk takes approximately 20 minutes.

  • If arriving by urban (red) taxi, disembark at the following locations: Hong Kong Racing Museum/Sports Road (near Entrances A, B, C, D)/Members Stand Main Entrance (near Members Entrance E, Entrances F1, F2)/Happy Valley Wong Nai Chung Road Taxi Stand (near Public Entrance G)

  • If traveling by tram, disembark at the following stops: Leighton Road Station (close to Entrance A, B, C, D) / Happy Valley Terminus (close to E Member Entrance, F1, F2, G Public Entrance)
