• SNOW BOARD Those under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in this package.
• All skiing itineraries will have basic skiing course teaching. If you do not participate in the teaching, you will be deemed to have given up the teaching, and you cannot claim compensation or refund on this basis.
• The minimum ski boot size for children is 15 cm, and the maximum ski boot size for adults is 30 cm, both measured according to the length of the sole of the foot. If a child or an adult is unable to participate in the ski activity due to their foot size not matching the available equipment, no compensation or refund will be provided. When making your booking, please indicate any participants whose foot size may be near these limits.
• To enter the ski resort, you must wear ski equipment to enter the ski resort. Customers who do not participate in skiing are not allowed to enter the ski resort without equipment.
• A ski instructor can teach up to 17-20 customers.
