  • To be eligible for this visa, you need to fulfill all of the following conditions:
  • Intend to come to Australia to visit only
  • Have enough funds for your stay in Australia
  • Not to work in Australia using this visa
  • Must apply and get your visa decision while outside Australia
  • All submitted documents must be in English
  • No Australian visa rejection in the past six months
  • Passport must be valid for at least six months from the departure date
  • Passport must have at least two blank visa pages
  • No history of overstaying in any country
  • No criminal record
  • Must not have worked illegally on a previous visa
  • Must never have been deported from any country
  • Foreigners living in Indonesia with a valid KITAS/KITAP may be eligible to apply for this visa, but citizens from some countries might be required to attend a biometric, as detailed here

  • The operator will review your application after you make the booking. A **95% refund** of the total payment will be issued if the operator determines that you are **ineligible for the service, or if you withdraw** before any documents are fully uploaded to the operator’s system and no verification has been conducted.
  • An **85% refund** of the total payment applies if you **cancel after the documents have been verified but before submission to the embassy or immigration authority**. Please note that any additional services already processed by the operator (such as insurance, delivery, translation, or appointment booking fees) are non-refundable.
  • Once the **application has been submitted or is under decision, regardless of the outcome**, the booking becomes **non-refundable**. While we ensure that all documents meet the required standards, the final decision rests solely with the respective embassy or immigration authority.
