Eligibility

  • "One Adult" refers to 1 adult aged 18 or older; adult tickets cannot be used for children. "One Child" refers to 1 child aged 7 months to 12 years old and under 1.5 meters in height.
  • Children and adolescents over 1.5 meters in height but under 18 years of age must purchase a child's ticket, read and sign the Important Notice, and be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian when entering the park.

Additional information

  • This park is open to children aged 7 months to 12 years (inclusive) and under 1.5m in height. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to enter the park. (To ensure safety, pregnant women, minors, seniors aged 65 and above, and others without full civil capacity should not accompany children into the venue as parents or guardians.)
  • Each additional accompanying adult requires a companion ticket (companion tickets must be used in conjunction with a main ticket and cannot be used separately; price subject to gate price, except where already included in purchased packages).
  • For safety and hygiene reasons, parents and children are required to wear non-slip socks with anti-skid soles at all times inside the park. Customers are encouraged to bring their own. Those who do not have socks may purchase them at the front desk (CNY 5/pair).
  • To ensure safety, accompanying parents cannot be changed mid-visit after entering the park. If it is necessary to change a child’s parent (or guardian) due to special circumstances, the original and replacement parents must both go to the park information desk to register, sign, and confirm the change.
  • Each entry and exit to the park counts as one complete visit. If you (the customer) leave the park for personal reasons, your visit will be considered complete. Re-entry will require a new ticket purchase or card swipe. If you need to leave for a short period due to special circumstances, please contact the park front desk staff to explain your situation and seek assistance.
  • Special Needs Friendly: Infants under 7 months old can enter the park for free as companions of card-holding children. Parents must supervise infants at all times.
  • Our staff does not provide one-on-one supervision. Parents are the guardians of their children and are responsible for their children's care and supervision during their visit.
  • This park is a children's play area. For your safety, the safety of other guests, and to maintain a safe play environment and experience for everyone, please refrain from eating or drinking in the play areas if you bring your own food and beverages. Please be aware that, for safety reasons and potential impact on other guests' experience, the following food and beverages are not permitted in the park (except for infant feeding and medical necessities): ① Any food or beverage with a pungent odor; ② Any self-heating or on-site processed food or beverage.
