Your Hotel: Ask the front desk if they offer printing services (e.g., in a business center). Do not wait until you arrive at the port! Ensure you have the printed copy ready to exchange for your boarding ticket.

  • If the weight exceeds 15 kg, 1,500 yen will be charged in cash. (or cannot be brought in)
  • 1,500 yen will be charged in cash for each piece of luggage that cannot be carried at one time.
  • The standard size of a carry-on case is A + B + C ≦ 115 cm, which is the sum of the lengths of the three sides of the case.
