Fukuoka Departure Route Special Note: From December 1st to February 28th, the departure time will be changed to 8:00 AM. If the road surface freezes in winter and vehicles cannot enter Kurokawa Onsen, the route will be changed to Shirakawa Suigen. Guests staying at Kurokawa Onsen must inform us in advance. If the ground freezes in winter and the bus cannot enter Kurokawa Onsen, Kurokawa Onsen will be replaced with Shirakawa Suigen.
Please do not book dinner, as you may not be able to catch your flight or Shinkansen on the same day.
Traffic congestion is common during Japanese weekends and holidays (especially around the Obon Festival from August 13th to 16th), and some attractions may close early. The itinerary may be adjusted or shortened depending on the actual situation. It is recommended not to book dinner, flights, or the Shinkansen, and to bring snacks and a portable charger. We apologize for any inconvenience.
As this tour is a shared ride, seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please inform us in the notes, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. The final arrangement is subject to the coordination of the tour guide on the day.
Please be aware that this is a group tour, and guests of other languages may be traveling in the same vehicle as you. When the number of participants does not reach the specified minimum number, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation email will be sent 1 day before departure.
In the event of bad weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made on whether to cancel the tour by 6:00 PM (local time) 1 day before departure, and you will be notified by email thereafter. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes, and bring your own warm clothing (if needed).
