Strollers are not allowed inside the exhibition areas, but designated parking and locking space is available just outside the museum
A cloakroom is located next to the museum shop, equipped with coat hangers, hat shelves, and a selection of lockable cabinets for your convenience
Due to the delicate nature of the exhibits, eating or drinking is not permitted inside the museum, and there is no dedicated space for consuming packed lunches
Audio guides are available in several languages for both adults and children. They cost SEK 20 for adults and are free for children
Guided tours in Swedish are offered Tuesday to Friday at 1 pm. During the high season (Mid-June to late August), English tours are available daily at 11 am. All tours are included in the admission ticket
