• Departure: Meet the operator at 09:30. Enter your preferred location at checkout. The operator will make the final confirmation accordingly. On the day of departure, please arrive at the North Square of Urumqi Station one hour in advance with your ID card. Obtain your paper ticket at the ticket office with your ID card and enter the station with your paper ticket and passport. The specific train number and time are subject to the SMS or phone notification from the travel agency the day before. Reference train: Urumqi - Turpan North D8802.
• [Attraction/experience] 10:30, Kan'er Well, The bullet train takes about 1 hour to reach Turpan North Station. Your tour guide or driver will pick you up and take you to the "underground canal" known as one of the three great ancient projects of China - [Karez Well].
• [Attraction/experience] Folklore Home Visit, After the tour, take a bus to visit a local Turpan [Folklore Home Visit] to sample various dried grapes and fruits. Sit under the cool grapevines and enjoy authentic Uyghur song and dance performances. Learn a few Uyghur phrases from the girls and experience the rich, ancient Uyghur culture.
• [Dining] Lunch, Afterward, you can enjoy a Chinese meal at a local specialty restaurant at your own expense, or you can choose to upgrade to the noon meal, the famous local specialty of Turpan - [Xinjiang Fruit Feast] (Fruit Feast ¥198/person), where you can taste local specialties, such as Dapanji (Big Plate Chicken), roasted mutton skewers, roast whole lamb, and local seasonal fruits and other delicacies.

• Children: Children are defined as those aged 13 and under. Those aged 14 and above must purchase adult tickets.
• The price for children includes seat reservation fees and bullet train tickets only. Entrance tickets and tour guide services are not included.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of orders with issued train tickets will result in a loss of the full train ticket price. You can apply for a refund at the train station with your personal identification information.
• The travel agency is not liable for economic losses to tourists caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, etc.) or objective reasons not attributable to the travel agency (such as train delays, traffic jams, traffic control, etc.), as well as reasons attributable to the tourist (such as lateness, leaving the group, personal health problems, etc.). In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters or severe weather, resulting in changes, delays, holdups, or early termination of the tour, the travel agency will actively coordinate the handling of the situation but will not be held liable. The travel agency will refund any unspent fees from the itinerary to the tourist; however, any overspending incurred due to itinerary changes shall be borne by the tourist.
• Due to team itinerary arrangements, the travel agency's tour guides and other staff members are unable to provide one-on-one service to each tourist. Before entering the scenic area, please listen carefully to the safety precautions explained by the scenic area staff or tour guide, including but not limited to tour routes, dangerous area warnings, and prohibited behaviors. Throughout the entire tour, please strictly abide by relevant regulations and do not leave the group without authorization, enter unopened areas, or engage in dangerous activities. If an accident occurs due to personal violation of regulations, you will be responsible for the corresponding consequences. In addition, during the actual trip, the tour guide (driver) may make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary based on actual conditions such as weather and traffic, such as adjusting the order of visiting attractions, on the premise of not reducing the number of attractions and with the consent of the guests. This is to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary, and we ask for your cooperation.
• To continuously improve our service quality, please cooperate with the local tour guide to truthfully fill out the Tourist Feedback Form before the end of your trip. This feedback form will serve as an important basis for evaluating the travel service provided. The travel agency will not accept any subsequent disputes or complaints arising from falsely completed or uncompleted feedback forms. If you have any comments or suggestions during your trip, please feel free to raise them during the tour. We will handle and resolve them for you as soon as possible, and strive to ensure you have a satisfactory travel experience.
• For safety reasons, minors under 18 years of age and seniors over 65 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the tour. When seniors participate in the tour, their family members and children must fully understand the itinerary, intensity, and potential risks of the trip, ensure that the participant's health condition is suitable for the trip, and agree to and sign a written safety declaration for participation. Adults who register for the tour with seniors or children are the guardians of the seniors and minors during the tour. They are responsible for ensuring the safety of the minors and seniors throughout the entire process, including but not limited to taking care of their daily life, supervising their compliance with the itinerary, and ensuring their personal and property safety.
