• Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused entry or service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member

• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue

Rules & Guidelines:

• Screening will take place before any guest may enter the castle, including their belongings
• Entry into the castle is only possible with a valid ticket. Guests must be able to present their tickets upon request.
• The operator shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or injury suffered by the Guest while inside the park as a result of the act or omission of a third party. Neither shall J Castles be held responsible or liable for any damage or injury suffered by the Guest while inside the park as a result of his or her own fault, negligence, or failure to comply with the Park’s rules and regulations.
• The operator reserves the right, without refund, liability, or compensation, to deny admission or remove any person from the park for any reason, including non-compliance with the park terms and conditions.
• The operator reserves the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, without prior notice, and without refund, liability or compensation, to change the operating hours of any attraction or show, close the Park or any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to a facility and/or suspend operations as necessary.
• The owners and operators of the park shall not be responsible for any personal injury/ loss/ damage to guest’s property occurring within the park premises.
• The owners and operators of the park shall not be responsible for any injury or feeling ill guest due to non-compliance with the safety guidelines of the attraction/ ride
• The operator put in place measures to ensure safety and security of the park and its guests. Guests are also expected to do their share in ensuring their personal safety and security including their belongings

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
