• We will do our best to accommodate seating requests, but since this is a shared tour, seating is primarily on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have special needs, please inform us in the remarks section, and we will do our best to arrange a suitable seat for you. • Due to the long journey, the actual arrival time will be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The times listed above are estimates only. • As the one/two-day tours are shared vehicle tours, please be sure to arrive at the meeting point or attraction on time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals, and you will be responsible for any accidental expenses and liabilities incurred due to lateness. Thank you for your understanding.
• In the event of severe weather or other force majeure factors, the park may adjust the operating hours of rides or show times, or even cancel some projects and performances without prior notice. Thank you for your understanding.
• This product may be adjusted based on weather and other factors. To ensure your safety, staff members have the right to request guests to suspend outdoor activities and communicate with you to arrange alternative arrangements. • The transportation, sightseeing, and stopover times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual conditions of the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the tour guide may, without reducing the attractions in the itinerary, reasonably adjust the order of visits based on the actual situation and with the consent of the guests.
• Each guest can bring one piece of luggage for free. Please indicate this in the "Special Needs" section when placing your order. If you bring luggage without prior notice one day in advance, it may cause congestion in the car and affect driving safety. • It is not allowed to leave the group early or depart midway during the group tour. If you choose to leave the group midway, the unfinished portion will be deemed as voluntarily waived, and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group. Thank you for your understanding.
• Seasonal limited-time events (such as cherry blossoms, autumn leaves, special flower seasons, illuminations, fireworks displays, snow scenery viewing, hot spring season, festivals, etc.) are greatly affected by climate, weather, or other force majeure factors, and specific arrangements may be adjusted. Therefore, please refer to the official notification. If no explicit official notification of cancellation is received, we will arrange according to the original plan.
