• Vehicle Adjustment: Depending on the situation on the day, a vehicle of the same class may be provided to ensure a comfortable trip.
• The 7-seater vehicle can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. However, if there are 6 large-sized passengers, it is recommended to choose a 10-seater vehicle to ensure comfortable seating and sufficient luggage space. Notes:
• This vehicle can only be driven within 300 kilometers of the departure hotel (if the itinerary is not in the same area, such as Mt. Fuji + Hakone area, a cross-area service fee will be charged).
• The total duration of the chartered car service is 10 hours, and 8 hours for starting or ending in a different location (please allow time according to the actual situation); the service is available from 07:00 - 20:00. It is recommended to arrange the departure time reasonably in order to fully enjoy the attractions. 【Important Notice】
• If the service time exceeds 10 hours (including delays due to traffic jams, etc.), an overtime fee will be charged: Vehicles with 10 seats or less: ¥5,000 per hour of overtime Vehicles with 14 seats or more: ¥10,000 per hour of overtime
• The departure time can be arranged according to the needs of the passengers (within the available service hours).

• The supplier will send you the driver information 1 day before departure (provided at least 3 hours before the car is used). Please pay attention and wait for the driver to pick you up in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.
• Pick-up and drop-off points are at hotels or guesthouses within the 23 wards of Tokyo. Pick-up and drop-off outside the 23 wards of Tokyo will require the driver to reserve driving time or require an additional fee of ¥5,000 - ¥20,000 depending on the actual situation.
• Haneda Airport and hotels in the Disney area are not within the Tokyo city area and are not within the pick-up and drop-off range, and an additional fee is required (¥5,000 - ¥10,000 one way).
