Eligibility

• Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
• Children under 1.2 meters (inclusive): Enjoy child prices, which only include a seat on the non-scenic area tour bus and insurance fees; it does not include scenic area tickets, or a bed (if no bed is occupied, breakfast is not included). Children under 1.2 meters are exempt from scenic area tickets.
• Children above 1.2 meters: an additional scenic spot ticket fee of 700 RMB per person is required; if children exceeding the height limit need to dine at the hotel, breakfast will be charged according to the hotel's actual rates (reference price 40 RMB/meal); if an extra bed is needed, an additional bed fee will be charged (reference cost is based on the single room difference standard).

• I. Booking Instructions
• 1. When booking, please provide accurate and complete personal information (name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact information, identity (adult/child), etc.). The travel agency will not be responsible for any travel impact or losses caused by incorrect information.
• 2. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by one direct family member aged 18-59 throughout their trip.
• 3. Seniors aged 60-64 who wish to book must ensure they are in good health (no cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, no major surgeries), sign a disclaimer, and be accompanied throughout by a direct family member aged 18-59; seniors aged 65 and above are not permitted to register.
• 4. The quotation is calculated based on 2 people sharing 1 room. Single registrants will be prioritized for room sharing. If room sharing is not possible, the single room supplement must be paid by the registrant.
• 5. During the itinerary, the tour leader/driver may reasonably adjust the sightseeing order based on weather, traffic, and other conditions, provided that the number of attractions is not reduced and the consent of the guests is obtained, to ensure a smooth trip.
• 6. If a scenic spot cannot be visited due to force majeure, the team leader will negotiate with the guests to cancel or replace the spot, or refund the packaged ticket price on-site (not based on the listed price of the scenic area). We appreciate your understanding.
• 7. For complimentary items in the itinerary, if they cannot be experienced due to force majeure or personal reasons, the fees will not be refunded. We appreciate your understanding.
• 8. During the non-free activity period of the group itinerary, leaving the group midway will be considered a voluntary abandonment of the uncompleted itinerary, and only the unused ticket fees will be refunded.
• 9. Tourists holding preferential certificates such as senior citizen cards, officer cards, military disability cards, disability cards, student cards, etc., can enjoy scenic spot ticket discounts after registering as adults (subject to the scenic spot's policy on the day of travel). Please bring relevant certificates, and the team leader will uniformly refund the difference on-site according to the preferential price of the itinerary.
• II. Preparation Before Travel | Documents and Appointments
• 1. Please be sure to bring your valid ID. Real-name registration is required for accommodation and scenic spot entry within China.
• 2. Discount certificates such as senior citizen cards, student cards, and military officer cards can be carried with you. Most A-level scenic spots offer free first-entry tickets to eligible groups.
• 3. For popular scenic spots and experience projects (wineries, desert camps), it is recommended to book in advance. We will make unified arrangements for you to ensure a smooth trip.
