  • Due to operator ticketing system limitations, the voucher content will be displayed in simplified Chinese.

Luggage Information

  • Extra fees may apply for oversized and/or additional luggage. Please pay any extra fees directly to the operator
  • Pazhou to Hong Kong International Airport: Passengers with economy class tickets can check in one piece of luggage free of charge, with a total weight not exceeding 23 kg. Passengers with first class tickets can check in two pieces of luggage free of charge, with a total weight not exceeding 32 kg. Excess weight or number of pieces will be charged at CNY30 per piece. The sum of the length, width and height of the luggage must not exceed 158 cm.
  • Hong Kong International Airport to Pazhou: Passengers can check in one piece of luggage for free; each additional piece will be charged HKD 60.

  • Infants under 1 year of age are admitted free of charge. Children aged 1 (inclusive) to under 5 years of age require a child ticket.

  • After successfully purchasing a ticket, please check your order transaction information (QR code). Passengers must present this information at the Pazhou Hong Kong and Macao Port check-in counter to collect their paper ticket.

  • For infants under one year old accompanied by an adult, a free infant ticket must be collected at the port ticket office. Each adult passenger can bring one infant under one year old free of charge. If the limit for free infants is exceeded, a child ticket must be purchased for each additional infant.

  • For connecting passengers with flights departing before 13:15 the next day, upstream staff can only allow them to take the last ferry/boundary crossing bus of the day if they meet the SPT transfer requirements. (The list of airlines participating in this arrangement can be found on the Hong Kong International Airport website. For the specific list, please refer to Connecting Flights, which is consistent with the current arrangement. Passengers must provide a computer-printed boarding pass.)
  • Only passengers on direct flights of airlines that offer direct baggage check-through can check their baggage through to their final destination at Pazhou Port. Passengers requiring connecting flights must check their baggage through to their final destination at the SkyPier. Please refer to the Airline List for the specific list of airlines.
  • Must hold a valid ticket with a confirmed seat for a flight departing from Hong Kong International Airport on the same day. Airline staff tickets and standby tickets are not accepted.
  • Must have travel documents and related entry permits that meet the requirements of the destination, including but not limited to a valid passport, visas required for the destination and transit points, and return tickets.
  • The airline's flight departure time must be before 10:15 AM the next morning. Passengers must take the last ferry of the previous day and can only stay in the airport restricted area.
  • Passengers holding mainland passports transferring via Taoyuan International Airport (Taipei) to a third destination by waterway are not accepted.

  • Route Duration:

When taking Cathay Pacific and connecting to a ferry, the scheduled ferry departure time must be at least 205 minutes after the scheduled flight arrival time.

When traveling on Hong Kong Airlines, EVA Air, China Airlines, Hong Kong Express Airways, Emirates, Greater Bay Airlines, All Nippon Airways, Japan Airlines, Thai Airways International, Air Canada, Air New Zealand, Singapore Airlines, Swiss International Air Lines, Lufthansa, or Garuda Indonesia, the scheduled ferry departure time must be at least 215 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure time.

When flying with Air France, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, United Airlines, Korean Air, or Asiana Airlines, the scheduled departure time of the ferry must be at least 245 minutes after the scheduled arrival time of the flight.

For direct flights to the United States, transfers, excess baggage fees, wheelchair assistance, and other special circumstances, the departure time of the ferry must be at least 245 minutes prior to the flight's departure time.

In addition to the airlines listed above, passengers using other airlines must ensure that the scheduled boat departure time is at least 255 minutes before the scheduled flight departure time.

  • Passengers must ensure they are eligible to enter their destination and meet all boarding requirements at Hong Kong Airport, including accurately completing their actual departure flight number, departure time, and personal information when purchasing ferry tickets. Inconsistent information regarding the actual departure flight number, departure time, or personal information will affect normal travel.
  • Due to frequent changes in ferry ticket inventory, please consider the final confirmation as the standard for voyages; if the selected flight is full, it is recommended to reschedule or cancel the booking.
  • In accordance with the "Domestic Waterway Transportation Management Regulations" (Order No. 4 of the Ministry of Transport, 2020), items that are prohibited from being carried but can be checked or conditionally checked, as listed in the "Domestic Waterway Passenger Transport Restrictions on Items Carried and Restrictions on Checked Items," may be checked as baggage, disposed of by the passenger, or temporarily stored if conditions permit. Passengers who violate relevant regulations by carrying or checking dangerous goods, contraband, or controlled items that constitute a violation of public security administration will be handed over to the public security authorities for handling in accordance with the law.

Important Notes

  • Upon arrival at Hong Kong Airport, please do not go through Hong Kong immigration or collect your checked baggage. Proceed directly to the E2 Ferry Transfer Desk to complete boarding procedures for the ferry to Sky Pier.
  • Please be sure to provide your checked baggage claim tag from your flight to the E2 Cotai Water Jet connecting counter for baggage transfer. For baggage transfers, boarding procedures must be completed 60 minutes prior to departure.
  • Airport Line ferry service is available only to passengers arriving at Hong Kong Airport. Passengers who leave the restricted area of Hong Kong Airport on their own will not be able to return to the airport to use the Airport Line ferry service.
  • Please ensure you have a valid passport and the necessary visa for entry into your destination, otherwise you will be denied entry.

  • A 10% cancellation fee of the ticket price will be charged for requests to refund all tickets in the same order made 5 hours or more before the scheduled departure. A 30% cancellation fee of the ticket price will be charged for requests made less than 5 hours before the scheduled departure. Tickets are void after the scheduled departure time.
  • Tickets already exchanged for paper tickets at the pier are non-refundable; partial refunds for the same order are not supported; round-trip tickets are non-refundable after one leg of the journey has been used. If neither leg has been used, the above refund policy applies.
  • In the event of ferry cancellations due to weather conditions or vessel malfunctions, passengers may apply for a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of the port's announcement of the service suspension. Passengers who have not yet collected their paper tickets can contact customer service for a full refund, while those who have already collected their paper tickets must proceed to the port's ticketing center.
  • Not eligible for rescheduling
  • Passengers upgrading to a higher class on the same sailing can upgrade at the Pazhou Port Ticketing Center by paying the difference. Passengers who need to change sailings and upgrade and who meet the refund time limit must first refund their ticket according to the refund policy and then purchase a new ticket.
