Hey everyone, today I’m excited to share an amazing Uji and Nara day trip itinerary with you!

First stop, we arrive in Uji, where you can choose attractions to visit based on your preferences. Of course, you can also refer to our recommended attractions below: Byodo-in Temple: With its tranquil lake and the Phoenix Hall reflected in the water, it’s simply as beautiful as a painting! Strolling through the courtyard, feeling the charm of the ancient style, it’s as if time has slowed down. The Tale of Genji Museum: This is a great place to learn about Japanese Heian period culture. The exhibition hall displays various cultural relics and artworks related to "The Tale of Genji," making people feel as if they have traveled back to that prosperous era.

In the afternoon, we go to Genji no Yu to soak in a hot spring and enjoy a comfortable onsen experience. Soaking in the warm spring water, looking at the lush greenery outside the window, and feeling the relaxation of body and mind is simply too pleasant!

Afterwards, we drive to Nara, and Nara Park is definitely not to be missed! The deer are super cute, remember to bring deer crackers, they will circle around you, super healing! The Great Buddha Hall of Todai-ji Temple houses the Vairocana Buddha, which is solemn and magnificent, making people feel awed.

Kasuga Taisha Shrine is also a must-visit place. The lush greenery here and the tranquil atmosphere of the shrine purify the soul. Walking on the path to the shrine, it feels like time has slowed down.

Lunch time! Highly recommend Kasuga Ningyo Tea House and Mentoan! Kasuga Ningyo Tea House's matcha desserts have a delicate taste, sweet but not greasy, it's simply a matcha lover's paradise! And Mentoan's ramen has a rich soup and chewy noodles, a bowl of it makes you feel blissful!

【Pre-Departure Information】

  • Please be on time for the meeting: If you are unable to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons (such as being late, getting lost, or feeling unwell), no refunds will be provided. Please note that no refunds will be given.
  • This itinerary is a fixed group tour route. You will be sharing transportation with other passengers throughout the entire journey, and parking is not allowed outside of designated sightseeing spots.
  • Depending on the number of participants on the day, a smaller vehicle with a driver who also serves as a guide may be used. Please cooperate with the staff's arrangements throughout the tour. (In the case of a smaller vehicle, you will enjoy a more flexible itinerary, but the driver will primarily focus on driving, and the explanations will be relatively brief).
  • Each person is allowed one free piece of luggage. For any additional pieces, you can pay the driver/guide JPY 2,000 per piece on-site. Please be sure to indicate this when placing your order. If you do not inform us in advance, the guide has the right to refuse you boarding, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
  • For seniors aged 70 and above and pregnant women: Please request and sign a waiver from our staff at jingyu12333@163.com no later than one day before departure to ensure travel safety. Please return the signed waiver to us.

【During the Tour】

  • The time allocated for each attraction has been optimally designed. Please strictly adhere to the schedule to avoid affecting the overall itinerary.
  • The itinerary schedule may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, and crowds. We regret that refunds or compensation cannot be requested due to delays or partial itinerary changes. We appreciate your understanding of the uncertainties of travel.
  • Traffic congestion may occur during holidays and peak seasons. The tour guide will flexibly adjust the itinerary as needed. Please be mentally prepared and thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
  • To maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle, please do not eat or drink inside. If any damage or stains are caused, a cleaning fee will be charged according to local standards. Please help create a comfortable riding environment together.
  • If you leave the group on your own or depart midway after the tour starts, it will be regarded as automatically forfeiting the service, and no refund will be given. (You will be responsible for your own safety during the period of departure from the group.)
