This year's theme highlights the precious "ginger," a unique ingredient and spice that also symbolizes bravery in Cantonese. From December 19 to 28, 2025, a variety of "Merry Gingermas" activities will take place at Stanley Waterfront Piazza and Murray House, inviting everyone to join in a heartwarming celebration. The "Merry Gingermas" market features over 100 popular booths, including first-time participants, showcasing cultural products, handicrafts, and Christmas-themed specialty foods. Returning favorites include Hugo’s Cheese, beloved by cheese fans, authentic German cuisine from Biergarten, and locally-made gelato from The Nutter Company. New to the Stanley Christmas Market are the Michelin recommended Fisholi, as well as local specialties like Be Water Popcorn and the hidden gem Curry Boy specializing in curry dishes. Additionally, the market brings together nearly 30 popular food brands, including local craft beer from H.K. Lovecraft, authentic Hong Kong gin from "Perfume Trees", the trendy donut "Donut Demo," popular cake shop "Petite Sweet," and Spanish ham specialist "Diverxu." Moreover, the well-loved family eatery Jacques n Grill will make a strong return as a pop-up store, offering exclusive ginger-flavored dishes for a delightful culinary experience.
Don't miss the "Ginger Gallery" inside Murray House, where emerging Hong Kong artists will create unique artworks inspired by ginger, challenging traditional festive visuals and showcasing its diverse possibilities. The artworks will be available for purchase, with part of the proceeds donated to the Food Angel Foundation to support meal assistance for those in need, spreading warmth through art.
Additionally, the Society for Abandoned Animals will set up a charity stall on the 4th floor of Stanley Plaza, offering a selection of carefully curated Christmas gifts, with proceeds going to help animals in need. While you shop, you can also make donations to send warm Christmas blessings to these animals.
Stanley Plaza Parking is now open for reservation services, allowing you to reserve your preferred parking times in advance. The deposit for the reservation can be used to offset the pre-paid parking fees on the day of the reservation. The hourly parking fee for the remaining parking time will be HK$39. Customers who reserve a designated time slot here and receive a confirmation email will receive a one-hour prepaid parking e-voucher in their Link Up App account within seven working days (Each reserved parking session allows redemption of one hour of free parking). Details are as follows: (i) From Admiralty (MTR Station Exit A, Nearby Admiralty Centre) to Stanley Plaza: 12 PM to 7 PM, every 30 minutes (ii) From Stanley Plaza to Admiralty: 3 PM to 9:30 PM, every 30 minutes Terms and conditions apply.
