Which routes are included in this activity and whether it is possible to customize the routes? This activity includes one-way and round trip from your hotel to various Singapore attractions such as Singapore Zoo, Chinatown, Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, City Hall, Sentosa, SEA Aquarium, Lau Pa Sat, Botanic Garden, Haji Lane etc. You can customize the route to suit your preferences! Please take note that this trip excluding Airport, Marina Bay Cruise Centre, Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal.

What vehicle models are available? We offer one EV van option! This air-conditioned van can accommodate up to 9 passengers without luggage. If you're traveling with standard size luggage, it can comfortably fit 5 to 7 people

What items are included in the fees, and what are the extra charges? This activity includes up to 8 hours of private van charter service, toll fee, parking fee, fuel fee, hotel pick up and drop off service, and also point-to-point one-way transfer. Additional costs may include attraction tickets, baby seats, booster seat, over-time fee, midnight charges and festive charges

When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed? Operator will send driver’s details one day before your scheduled date by 6pm SGT. For bookings made less than 24 hours in advance, operator will send driver’s details closer to scheduled time

What are the standard dimensions for luggage that the vehicle can accommodate? Our standard luggage size is 24 inches: Height 24" (59 cm), Width 16.4" (41 cm), and Depth 9.2" (24 cm)

  • Group of 5 - 7 passengers and 3 - 4 pieces of standard sized luggage

  • Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated.

Booking Requirements

  • Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount
  • All passengers must have their travel documents (passports, ID cards, valid visas) ready prior to boarding

  • Child seat is not available for this service
  • Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
  • Please note: Please choose a vehicle that can accommodate your group size. The operator reserves the right to request guests to book an additional car in cases where the size of the traveling party does not fit the chosen vehicle on the day of travel
