When will the operator provide the driver and car plate information after the booking is confirmed? The operator will update the driver’s or vehicle information 1 day before the pick up date, please contact the operator if you did not receive the driver information after 18:00. On the scheduled date, you will receive a text from the driver informing you of his departure. Please provide a reachable contact number via WhatsApp for the operator to communicate further
What is included in the fees and are there extra charges?
