• Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal - “TramOramic Tour” will stop service if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is issued or the Hong Kong Observatory announces that Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above will be issued within 2 hours before the departure. “TramOramic Tour” will resume normal 2 hours after Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is lowered.

• Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal - “TramOramic Tour” will stop service if Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued before the departure. “TramOramic Tour” will resume normal 2 hours after Red/ Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is lowered.

• However, “TramOramic Tour” already in progress should continue except for situations which endanger passengers and warrant immediate termination of the Tour.

• If passengers could not join the Tour because of the above weather conditions, you may reschedule your tour by sending request to tramoramic@hktramways.com within 3 days of your original departure. Requests will be processed for at least 1 working day and subject to availability.

Booking Restriction

• Yan Shang Kee offers Qipao and Cheongsam in different sizes, please refer to our website www.yanshangkee.hk for the size chart
• A refundable deposit of HKD 800 (cash only) per person is required upon qipao rental at Yan Shang Kee
• Damage, stains, or late returns will result in additional charges:
• Damaged/Stained: Deposit forfeited
• Late Return: HKD 200 per day

Additional information

• In order to protect the safety of passengers, HK Tramways may temporarily change the arrival and departure time, adjust the service content or cancel the service due to road conditions and other factors without notice
• You are advised to arrive at Yan Shang Kee and the tram terminus 10 minutes before the assigned slots and the department time respectively
• Altered, invalid or photocopied tickets will not be accepted. Replacements will not be available
• Payment is non-refundable
• Booking cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed. You can only reschedule your tour by sending a request to tramoramic@hktramways.com before the tour has been confirmed. All changes are subject to the availability of seats
• A refundable deposit of HKD 800 (cash only) per person is required upon qipao rental at Yan Shang Kee
• The qipao must be returned in good condition by 16:00 pm on Day 2. Damage, stains, or late returns will result in additional charges
• HK Tramways is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during the tour
• Participants are responsible for the safekeeping of rented qipao and personal items
• In case of any dispute, HK Tramways reserves the right of final decision
