  • For group of 4-8 participants, a comfortable minivan vehicle (Mercedes Benz Minivan or similar) will be provided
  • Please choose the pick-up time you preferred at the checkout page. Do take note that most of the tours have long duration, it is recommended to start the tours as early as possible at 08:00 - 09:00
  • Free waiting at the pickup points is set up to 30 (thirty) minutes and starts at the exact pickup time stated. If the operator is unable to locate the participants during the free waiting time, it will be considered as no-show and no refund is possible
  • The participants shall contact the operator using the contact method provided in the voucher if they are unable to locate the driver or could not make it on time at the pick up location
  • In case when there's children below the age of 12 (twelve) joining the tour, please enter the exact age of the children during checkout for proper arrangement of Booster Seats (Child seats, baby seats) at the vehicle as per the Law of Switzerland
