From 3 March all guests entering our parks on multipark tickets must have either a QR code per guest on their phones or a printed ticket and enter the park through the biometric enabled gate at each park
It is important that each guest has their own ticket.
Guests must remember which ticket belongs to which member of their group/ family. Once a ticket has been associated with a particular fingerprint, only the guest that used it first can enter using the same fingerprint for the other park entitlements.
Guests attempting to enter the parks using tickets that are not in accordance with the terms & conditions of our ticketing will be referred back to the company that they purchased their tickets from and/or the original issuer.
Please take note of the new entry process for multi-park tickets will be implemented from 20th January 2026 to improve guest experience and strengthen fraud prevention measures.
The new process will allow guests to simply scan their face at the turnstile and enter the parks.

Strollers are available for rent from the Stroller Rental Counter at the Plaza level entrance area for AED40
Age requirements may apply when entering the city. In the absence of any specific laws in this regard, our usual rules will apply as follows: (You may be required to show a government-issued identification card with a personal photo for the purposes of proving age): Children 11 years of age or less are not allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult who holds an entry ticket Valid; It is not required to purchase a ticket or reserve a place for children under the age of 3, and they are allowed to enter the parks

The operator and Klook are not responsible for the loss or damage to any personal property. All personal property brought into the venue are the sole responsibility of the participant
Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue
Dangerous materials and items such as bottles, firecrackers, lasers, and other things that may disturb or inconvenience other attendees are prohibited inside the venue
Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
