No worries, I'll contact you after booking to arrange our meeting.
Please make sure to arrive in time because locations get crowded fast and if we start later we have less time to enjoy the experience risking to skip the last location (Castle Garden).
In rare cases, the Castle Garden may be closed, but even if it's not accessible, the minimum number of delivered photos is still guaranteed.
You will receive edited pictures as described. Edit does not include any body or skin modification.
RAW files are not included and they will be given only if agreed with photographer personally.
We will not issue a refund if the client is unable to participate in the photography session due to their own availability.
In case of bad weather, and only if the client contacts the photographer at least 12 hours before the scheduled session, it is possible to reschedule the experience if the photographer is available at another time. If rescheduling is not possible because the client does not have any remaining availability that matches the photographer's or or due to persistent bad weather, no refund will be issued. Please ensure you check the weather forecast and in case of doubt request a cancellation at least 24 hours before the session, in accordance with our policy.
