  • The voucher is valid for 334 day(s) from the booking confirmation date. It expires at 23:59 on the last day

  • The M-Pass must be activated within 3 months of purchase for UK residents and within 11 months for international guests visiting the UK

Redemption information

  • Upon purchase, you will be sent an email containing a link to activate your M-Pass and choose your travel dates
  • Your travel dates must fall within 3 months of the purchase date for UK residents and within 11 months for international visitors
  • Activate your pass once your travel dates are finalized, noting that changes or refunds are not possible post-activation

Activation Process

  • Upon activation of your M-Pass, you will receive a subsequent email containing the pass as a PDF attachment
  • Prior to your journey, ensure to download this M-Pass directly onto your mobile device.
  • You will need to show the M-Pass on your phone to station and on-train staff on request. Printouts are not accepted. You must also show a valid photo ID
  • Important: For flexi-day passes such as Highland Rover (4 travel days out of 8 consecutive days), you must download a separate PDF for each day you travel

Seat Reservation Process

  • Seat reservation is recommended but not required

  • Reservations can be made up to 12 weeks in advance

  • Upgrades to First Class are not available

  • Reserve a seat here

  • Seat reservations are non-refundable and non-changeable
