You'll get a full refund if you cancel before your selected activity date
Partial refund rules: Cancellations after the activity date incur a 15% penalty and CHF 10 fee, and apply only to unused, unactivated passes due to valid force majeure reasons. Proof of non-travel (documents showing you were unable to use the Swiss Travel Pass) is required and subject to merchant approval. Processing may take time, and a refund is not guaranteed
