  • Traditional shellfish and garlic soup or Gorgonzola-filled ravioli with creamy button mushrooms and truffle oil sauce

  • Baked squid stuffed with tentacles, olives, capers, fresh herbs, and linguine pasta with cuttlefish ink. OR
  • Traditional slow-cooked horsemeat stew with rich red wine and lacto beer sauce and fried wild thyme ‘horseshoe’ bread. OR
  • Signature baked boneless rabbit stuffed with rabbit liver, herbs, and rice in fruity port wine sauce with pistachios, sultanas, and apricots

Dessert
