  • За день до выезда мы отправим вам напоминание по электронной почте между 15:00 и 17:00. В письме будет ссылка на групповой чат, где вы сможете напрямую общаться с персоналом тура. Если вы не нашли письмо, проверьте папку «Спам» или «Нежелательная почта».

Q2) Хочу перенести/отменить дату тура. Возможно ли это?

  • Тур не отменяется из-за дождливой погоды.

  • Да. Маршрут и расписание забора/высадки зависят от дорожной обстановки и погоды на месте.

Q5) Можно ли взять багаж?

Q6) Хочу изменить точку встречи. Как это сделать?
