• When the northern lights forecast looks good but it is too windy to sail, we will take our customers out for a northern lights tour on a bus, plus a chance to join our boat tour the next available day
• If the tour is canceled and you haven't participated in a previous tour, you can exchange your ticket for a Whale Watching tour, join our Northern Lights Backup Plan at Whales of Iceland (with the option to reschedule your boat tour), or receive a full refund by contacting our reception for more information
• The Special Tours Iceland app has five languages (English, German, French, Spanish, and simplified Chinese) and is available for Android and Apple. It is available for all clients to download during their tour, with both text and audio information. The app is as close to an audio-guided wildlife adventure as possible
• This tour depends on weather conditions and will be confirmed by 17:00 the same day by the local operator
